Ordering & Delivery
How long in advance should I order?
Please place your order 72h in advance. If you are unable to select your preferred date, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to assist you.
For bulk orders, please contact us at least a week in advance.
Do you provide delivery?
We offer -Standard Delivery– which guarantees delivery between 9am and 6pm but not at any specific time. We charge a flat rate of $20 per location for Standard Delivery.
For orders with a minimum spend of $150 we charge $10 for Standard Delivery.
For orders with a minimum spend of $300 we offer free delivery.
If you would like a more specific timing for your delivery, you may choose to book your own courier. Before sending your own courier, kindly inform us. You may send us a message on WhatsApp.
Can I pre-order for self pick-up?
Yes, you may pre-order online and select "self pick-up". Do not forget to select a pick up date while placing your order.
Orders are generally ready for pick up 10:00am onwards. If you wish to pick up at a specific time, please inform us in the notes when placing your order.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
No refunds and cancellations are allowed once payment has been processed and completed. Only amendments to collection/delivery time are allowed with a minimum of 3 days lead time.
Can I postpone/push forward my order?
Any changes have to be made at least 72h in advance. Please contact us.
How long do your products last?
We strongly recommend to consume our pastries on the day of purchase the optimum quality and enjoyment.
Baked goods can last a day at room temperature, for longer conservation, store in the refrigerator and reheat when consuming.
How to store the pastries?
For chilled pastries, keep them in the refrigerator between 0-4ºC at all times. Take out when ready to serve. We advise to not keep the cakes out at room temperature for more than one hour.

Cookies do not have to be stored in the refrigerator. Please keep them at a cool and dry environment. However, if you wish to extend the shelf life, you may choose to store cookies in the refrigerator.
How should I reheat the bakes?
For all baked goods we recommend an oven or an airfryer.
General guidelines for reheating:
Oven: 180°C - 5min
Airfryer: 180°C - 2 min
Please keep in mind that timing will vary depending on temperature of the products, amounts of product to reheat and different types of ovens.
Are you halal-certified?
No, we are not halal-certified. We use rum and pork in some of our products. This is mentioned in the product descriptions. For gelatin, we solely use fish gelatin in our production kitchen.
Do you have gluten-free items?
Currently all our pastries contain gluten, but we will be working on gluten-free items.

Can you make a custom cake for my birthday/wedding?
